  20. Because they were better of leaving Amiga development to others (AT). Now
  21. that AT is not under Escom anymore, they safest solution is to acquire AT.
  22. (As their product is based on Amiga technology!)

  24. And I think VIScorp is better of leaving Amiga development under Amiga
  25. Technologies (as a daughter firm), which also does the Amiga _computer_
  26. development and sales.
